Miami OCR, Day 3
Tuesday we had a bye-day, so we were back on the water on Wednesday well-rested, and excited for our last three matches. Our first match of the day was against World Champion Anna Tunnicliffe of the US. We fought hard in the pre-start, but her superior skill had her leading off the line at the start - and for the remainder of the race.
Miami OCR 2012-Day 1
It was a long grueling day on the water. We sailed eight races - which is a lot for one day. The weather cooperated, and we had sunshine and beautiful breezes, with a few clouds later in the day. We didn't do as well as we would have liked, but we did pick up a few tricks that we're hoping to put into practice in our next races. Tomorrow is a bye-day for us, so we are planning to watch some of the other races, and get in some training of our own. Sorry - no pictures today...but will try to get some soon!
